The Saturday program was started in 2002 by the WITS Junior Board, which is comprised of Chicago's young professionals. Taking place on Saturdays, the program allows those with busy work schedules during the week to still volunteer two hours of their time on the weekend to read with a child.

Commitment: two hours, once a week (or every other week if alternating with a friend or partner)
