Development Coordinator
Michelle joined the WITS team as the development and marketing intern in June 2011. After a successful internship she formally joined the staff as the Development Coordinator. She earned her B.A. in Corporate Communication with an Advertising minor. During her undergraduate coursework at Eastern Illinois University, Michelle spent much of her time volunteering for various causes. Over time, her volunteer work showed her the importance of helping others and she began developing a strong interest in non-profit organizations, and wanted to gain more experience within the field. After coming across WITS, she found the perfect opportunity to dedicate her time for an amazing cause while further developing her skills in marketing and public relations! When she isn't at work she enjoys learning to play the guitar and spending time with friends and family!
