Students from Melody's  Mid-day Mentoring program with City of Chicago employees took an exciting field trip to City Hall for a behind-the-scenes tour. During their visit, a special visitor stopped by to read them a book, answer some questions, and encourage their love of reading, Mayor Rahm Emanuel.
