Program Director 

Kristen Eidson joined WITS in July of 2009 after 8 years with Credit Suisse, a WITS Corporate Partner. Kristen was a WITS volunteer and corporate coordinator for seven years at Credit Suisse, participating in both the Power Lunch and Workplace Mentoring programs. A long time WITS volunteer, Kristen knows first hand the impact a committed, caring, consistent mentor can have on a student. As Program Director, Kristen is responsible for the supervision of programs and overall program quality.

In 2008, Kristen completed her Master's Degree in Public Policy and Administration at Northwestern University. During her graduate studies she developed an interest in Education Policy and wrote her Master's thesis on "No Child Left Behind" and its impacts on urban school children.

Kristen and her husband live in Lincoln Park. In her free time she enjoys running and biking on the lakefront, concerts and travelling.  She also loves to serve on international mission trips and has served in Angola and Mexico.
