Deputy Director

Kristen joined the WITS team after graduating from the University of Richmond with a B.A. in Leadership Studies and Business Administration.  While in college, Kristen traveled extensively through Europe and Asia gaining a widened perspective of the world and a greater understanding of the need for organizations like WITS. 

Kristen has worked and volunteered with numerous nonprofit organizations ranging from refugee services to homeless shelters to elementary tutoring programs.  Kristen is proud to be a part of the WITS team as she believes education is the key to leveling the playing field. 

When she is not working, you can find Kristen on the lacrosse field or running on the bike path along Lake Shore Drive.  Kristen spends her free time reading, waterskiing (when it's warm), traveling (recently to India), and visiting her family in Northern Michigan.
